1. Who we are
blackmenshealthguide.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by PRIME Health Professionals Network, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("PHPN," "we," "us"). We are the data controller for personal information collected through the Site.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver the products and communications you ask for.
Information you give us
- Email address — when you sign up for any newsletter, free download, or purchase.
- Name — if you include it in a contact email (optional).
- Payment information — when you buy the Bible. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe processes the payment and shares with us only your email, the amount charged, and a transaction ID.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring source. Collected by Netlify (our host) for security and basic site analytics.
- Form submissions — handled by Netlify Forms, which stores your submission and may flag spam using IP signals.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect health information about you.
- We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or other government identifiers.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
3. How we use your information
- To fulfill your purchase and deliver downloads.
- To send you the newsletter and product updates you signed up for.
- To respond when you email us.
- To improve the Site and our products.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Who we share with (and why)
We share information only with the service providers required to run the Site:

We may disclose information when legally required (subpoena, court order, lawful government request) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PHPN, our users, or the public.
5. How long we keep it
- Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
- Purchase records: at least 7 years (U.S. tax-record retention).
- Form submissions in Netlify: indefinitely unless deleted on request.
6. Your choices and rights
You can at any time:
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any newsletter or by writing to hello@blackmenshealthguide.com.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal-retention limits (tax records).

California residents (CCPA)
California residents have the rights above plus the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents (GDPR)
If you are in the EU or UK, your legal basis for processing is: (a) contract for purchases, (b) consent for newsletter sign-ups, and (c) legitimate interest for security and site analytics. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Cookies
The Site uses minimal cookies: essential cookies set by Netlify for form anti-spam, and any cookies set by Stripe when you click through to checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
8. Security
Payments are processed through Stripe over TLS. The Site is served over HTTPS. Form data is stored in Netlify's encrypted infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard measures appropriate to a digital-product business at our scale.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
